People Operations Lead (EV Infrastructure)

What you will do

• Lead and coach a team including People Ops Specialists, a Payroll Lead, and an EV Fleet Manager.
• Drive the governance and strategic oversight of the end-to-end employee lifecycle across all EU markets.
• Optimize HRIS architecture (HiBob) to ensure data integrity, compliance, and actionable reporting.
• Oversee multi-country payroll, partnering with external providers to implement cutting-edge automation.
• Act as the primary escalation point for complex regulatory changes and cross-border compliance.
• Foster a team culture built on precision, psychological safety, and continuous learning.

Requirements

• At least 8 years of experience in People Ops and Payroll, with 5+ years in a formal leadership role.
• Proven track record of scaling HR operations in a fast-paced, international environment.
• Strong working knowledge of Dutch labor law is essential.
• Fluent in English.
• Hands-on experience with HiBob, Lattice, or similar scalable HRIS/Payroll platforms.
• Must be based in or able to work from the Amsterdam office (Hybrid).

Nice to have

• Proficiency in Dutch or other European languages.
• Practical experience with multiple European jurisdictions.
