Senior Compensation Manager – Europe Developed Markets

Location: Amsterdam or London, United Kingdom. An EU work permit is required; Orientation Year Visa holders are not eligible.

hirify.global is hiring for a compensation role supporting the Europe Developed Markets region.

What you will do

• Manage annual merit cycles across supported HR teams.
• Lead annual salary range reviews for countries within the Europe Developed Markets region.
• Conduct job evaluations using the Korn Ferry Hays methodology.
• Perform pay equity, market competitiveness, salary benchmarking, and compensation analyses.
• Advise HR and business stakeholders on compensation, promotions, benchmarking, and pay decisions.
• Manage projects and maintain regional compensation frameworks, documentation, toolkits, and manager materials.

Requirements

• Strong experience in compensation and/or total rewards, with 4–5+ years of prior compensation experience.
• Experience with Korn Ferry Hays or a similar job architecture methodology.
• Experience in salary benchmarking and compensation analysis.
• Strong analytical and Excel skills, with the ability to provide actionable recommendations.
• English required; strong communication, stakeholder management, collaboration, and project management skills.
• EU work permit required; Orientation Year Visa holders are not eligible.
