HR Advisor (Gamedev)

Location: Hybrid (Liverpool, UK) - 3 days in office, 2 days remote

What you will do

• Act as the first point of contact for all HR-related queries across the business.
• Provide advice and guidance to managers based on company policy and procedure.
• Manage the Hibob HR system, ensuring data accuracy and handling reporting and analytics.
• Support the performance management cycle, including objective setting and reviews.
• Handle employee relations cases such as disciplinaries, grievances, and absence management.
• Oversee payroll administration, onboarding, and induction tasks for new starters.

Requirements

• Must be based in or able to commute to Liverpool, UK.
• Experience using HR systems and maximizing their functionality.
• General understanding of employment law and HR policies.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
• Strong communication skills and ability to build relationships at all levels.

Nice to have

• CIPD level qualification.
