What you will do

• Lead HR operational delivery across the UK and Ireland in partnership with Global Business Services and Centres of Excellence.
• Advise managers and employees on HR policies, performance management, team effectiveness, and compliant people practices.
• Manage employee-relations cases, including grievances, performance improvement plans, redundancies, and disciplinaries.
• Coordinate annual people, talent, benefits, reporting, and disclosure activities across the HR calendar.
• Manage visa and right-to-work processes, including tracking and timely renewals.
• Review HR processes, improve governance and ownership, and turn people data into actionable recommendations.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in human resource management, industrial or organizational psychology, business, or a related field.
• Relevant HR advisory, generalist, management, or consulting experience supporting multiple locations or functions.
• Strong knowledge of HR operations and up-to-date employment law, including employee-relations practices.
• Experience advising on grievances, performance improvement plans, redundancies, and disciplinaries.
• Experience with process improvement, governance, organizational change, and business transformation.
• Strong stakeholder management, influencing, analytical, documentation, and prioritization skills.
