What you will do

• Build and maintain Angular-based UI applications for hirify.global mobile mapping devices.
• Develop Python and C++ backend services for sensor integration, device communication, and data visualization.
• Design client-server architecture connecting robotics computations with interactive web interfaces.
• Collaborate with UI and UX designers to shape the mobile mapping experience.
• Support software running on Linux-based x86 and arm64 platforms.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, electrical engineering, or a related field.
• 5+ years of professional software engineering experience, including hands-on web application development.
• Strong experience with Angular, TypeScript, and JavaScript, including Playwright or Cypress.
• Strong Python skills and experience with Linux terminal tools and system-level debugging.
• Experience with C++, Java, or a similar statically typed, object-oriented language.

Nice to have

• Exposure to robotics, handheld or embedded devices, or LiDAR, camera, and IMU sensor systems.
• Interest in mobile mapping and spatial data demonstrated through relevant projects or work.
