TL;DR
Fullstack Engineer (Defense Tech): Building the APIs and data infrastructure for the OmniDome software layer with an accent on backend architecture and database design. Focus on shipping end-to-end features and integrating software with ML, hardware, and UI components.

Location: München, Deutschland. EU work authorization required.

What you will do

  • Design, build, and maintain APIs supporting the core product and internal tools.
  • Design and manage databases to support growing product and data needs.
  • Work across the full stack to ship features end-to-end, from backend logic to integration.
  • Collaborate with ML, hardware, and UI teams to integrate software with the broader system.

Requirements

  • Strong experience building and maintaining APIs and backend systems.
  • Solid database design and management experience.
  • Ability to own features end-to-end across the full stack.
  • Pragmatic engineering approach suited for a small, high-output team.
  • EU work authorization.

Nice to have

  • Experience building software for hardware-integrated or real-time systems.
  • Background in defense, dual-use, or other regulated tech sectors.
