Salary: Starts at EUR/GBP/CHF 130,000 base + RSUs

What you will do

• Work end-to-end on a React client application and a Python monolithic backend.
• Take sole ownership of multi-month projects, breaking them into iterative steps for delivery and validation.
• Collaborate with product managers to ideate and solve commercial problems.
• Evaluate feature impact using internal data pipelines and frameworks.
• Contribute to the team's long-term engineering capabilities and system architecture.

Requirements

• 7+ years of software engineering experience, with at least 3 years at a senior or lead level.
• Experience in high-performing engineering teams operating at scale (scale-ups or established organizations).
• Ability to work across the full stack, with deep knowledge of backend systems.
• Relevant experience building enterprise-grade SaaS products (e.g., billing systems, video delivery, or real-time collaboration).
• Must be based in the UK, Germany, Switzerland, Ireland, or elsewhere in Europe.
• Must possess the legal right to work in the supported locations.
