What you will do

• Execute manufacturing activities in USP, DSP, or BMS areas according to cGMP guidelines.
• Organize workload and assign tasks to Biotechnologists to ensure efficient batch execution.
• Troubleshoot manufacturing equipment and lead root cause analysis for production deviations.
• Prepare and review SHE, EM, and cleaning risk assessments for assigned products.
• Develop and review production documentation, including electronic batch records (eBR) and SOPs.
• Act as a production expert in capital investment projects for the commissioning and qualification of manufacturing suites.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Biotechnology, Bio-chemical Engineering, or related disciplines.
• Practical knowledge of large-scale mammalian/microbial inoculation, cell culture, and protein purification.
• Experience with Chromatography (1-2M columns), TFF, SPTFF, and depth filtration.
• In-depth understanding of cGMP standards.
• Fluency in English is required.
• Must be based in or able to work onsite in Visp, Switzerland.
