What you will do

• Configure and adjust spray drying equipment parameters including temperatures, flow rates, and pressure to ensure production compliance.
• Execute manufacturing batch records precisely, recording data in real-time following Good Documentation Practices (GDP).
• Perform first-level maintenance on components such as discs, nozzles, filters, and seals.
• Author and revise documentation for the set-up, operation, and cleaning of equipment and processes.
• Act as a technical reference and On the Job Qualified Trainer for new employees.
• Conduct sampling and in-process controls on manufactured products within a GMP environment.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience operating spray drying equipment in pharmaceutical production.
• Professional bachelor’s degree in industrial processes, chemistry, biochemistry, agri-food, or equivalent.
• Thorough knowledge of GMP regulations.
• Fluent in English; proficiency in French is considered an advantage.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to communicate effectively with support departments.
