What you will do

• Lead the design, development, and implementation of Appian solutions, ensuring alignment with architectural standards.
• Own the technical architecture of complex enterprise applications and drive integration strategies.
• Partner with business stakeholders to analyze challenges and oversee the full application lifecycle.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to engineers through coaching and code reviews.
• Establish and promote development standards and governance frameworks for low-code delivery.
• Lead technical discovery, research, and solution assessments for proposals and client recommendations.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in application development, including 5+ years of hands-on experience with Appian.
• Expertise in SAIL, process models, records, integrations (REST/SOAP), data modeling, and security.
• Proven experience designing and delivering complex enterprise-scale applications.
• Experience leading technical teams and mentoring developers in fast-paced delivery environments.
• Fluency in English.
• Appian Senior Developer, Lead Developer, or equivalent certification preferred.

Nice to have

• Classical programming experience with .NET, C#, VBA, or Java.
• Knowledge of other low-code platforms such as Mendix, Outsystems, or Bizagi.
• Willingness and ability to travel as required.
