What you will do

• Lead the design, coding, testing, and implementation of software applications for internal and external users.
• Translate business requirements into detailed product designs and technical specifications.
• Manage project assignments and provide technical leadership and guidance to other engineering professionals.
• Maintain and integrate application components while ensuring successful system improvements.
• Conduct planning, analysis, and forecasting for complex, high-risk projects.
• Coach and mentor junior technical staff to improve overall team capability.

Requirements

• Must be based in the United States.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent experience.
• 7+ years of applications development experience, including roles as a system designer or technical lead on large projects.
• Proficiency in SDLC methodologies, including Agile, Waterfall, and Iterative approaches.
• Experience in business modeling and requirements definition.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills for both technical and non-technical audiences.
