Salary: $110,000 - $185,000 Annual

What you will do

• Define the product vision and multi-year roadmap for digital deposit acquisition, onboarding, and servicing.
• Own annual strategy planning and create roadmap whitepapers based on external benchmarking.
• Monitor product metrics and KPIs to define success and prioritize future capabilities.
• Coordinate with Engineering, UX/Design, Data Science, Compliance, and Legal to deliver high-quality releases.
• Partner with Marketing on go-to-market plans and customer adoption campaigns.
• Manage vendor and third-party partner relationships for core banking integrations.

Requirements

• 7+ years of product management experience in consumer banking, fintech, or digital financial services.
• Legal authorization to work in the U.S. is required (no visa sponsorship).
• Ability to travel up to 20%.
• Strong understanding of deposit products (DDA, savings, CDs, money market) and regulatory landscapes (Reg D, Reg E, FDIC).
• Proficiency with Agile methodologies and tools like Jira and Confluence.
