What you will do

• Lead and implement strategic and operational projects in cross-functional settings.
• Act as a sparring partner for strategic tasks initiated by the Management Board.
• Conduct independent and complex analysis and research.
• Develop new business fields in collaboration with operational teams.
• Communicate and negotiate with internal and external stakeholders.
• Identify and analyze KPIs to derive concrete actions for company development.

Requirements

• Above-average university degree from a top university.
• 1-2 years of practical experience in strategy & business development within consultancy, financial services, or a startup environment.
• Stellar analytical skills and a distinctive understanding of numbers.
• Strong personality capable of working in a fast-moving scale-up environment.
• Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel) and Google Workplace.
