What you will do

• Provide weekly and monthly reporting to support strategic business decisions.
• Create ecommerce insights on conversion, traffic, returns, and profitability.
• Build and maintain dashboards to support daily operations and trade analysis.
• Act as a liaison between business stakeholders, technical analysts, and IT teams.
• Participate in forecasting and budgeting processes while monitoring KPI impact.
• Present findings to business leaders and train teams on using data insights.

Requirements

• Bachelor or Master degree in Business Analytics or Business Studies.
• Minimum 4 years of experience in an analyst, business controller, or project manager role within retail or B2C ecommerce.
• Excellent English skills (written and verbal).
• Experience with BI tools such as Looker, Tableau, Google Analytics, or SAP.
• Strong understanding of finance basics, including P&L.
• Demonstrated ability to act as a liaison between business and technology teams.
