What you will do

• Define and communicate product vision, strategy, and roadmap aligned with business objectives.
• Lead the complete product lifecycle, including discovery, prioritization, development, and launch.
• Drive the development of intelligence and analytics solutions providing actionable insights across freight operations.
• Collaborate with engineering, design, data, and marketing teams to deliver high-quality, scalable products.
• Mentor product team members and promote agile best practices across the organization.
• Analyze customer feedback, market trends, and competitive insights to guide product decisions.

Requirements

• 7+ years of product management experience, including at least 2 years in a senior or staff-level leadership role.
• Must be based in the United States.
• Strong industry experience in logistics, transportation, freight, or supply chain.
• Experience with data and analytics products, including AI/ML solutions or data platforms.
• Proven ability to manage end-to-end product lifecycles and deliver measurable business outcomes.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field.

• Advanced degree or MBA.
• Familiarity with tools such as Jira, Confluence, Aha!, or Figma.
