IT Support Specialist (SaaS)

Location: Remote (Must be based in Europe)

What you will do

• Own and triage the IT support queue, resolving tickets for Google Workspace, Mac, Chrome, and VPN.
• Execute automations built by the IT Systems Lead and handle manual interventions when necessary.
• Coordinate laptop provisioning and onboarding logistics via device vendors across various regions.
• Assist in gathering evidence for SOC 2 and ISO 27001 certifications, including access reviews and inventory.
• Facilitate the IT onboarding process for newly acquired software brands.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in IT support or service desk roles.
• Hands-on experience with Google Workspace admin console, access, and permissions.
• Proficiency in troubleshooting Mac OS, Chrome, and VPN connectivity.
• Must be based in Europe to ensure real-time collaboration with the IT team.
• Comfortable utilizing AI tools like ChatGPT to increase efficiency.
