Location: Remote from Germany or within commuting distance of offices in Barcelona (Spain) or Den Bosch (Netherlands)

Salary: €46,000 - €77,000 EUR

What you will do

• Act as a subject matter expert for hirify.global Statsbomb, API, and DaaS to level up professional customers.
• Align short and long-term goals between the Sales team and customers through strong communication.
• Analyze customer workflows to ensure successful product setup and onboarding.
• Collect and communicate elite customer needs and product feedback directly to internal teams.
• Collaborate with Support, Sales, and Education teams to execute training strategies.

Requirements

• Fluent in English and German.
• Proficiency in data analytics: Javascript, Python or R, SQL, Tableau, and data modeling.
• Experience in customer-facing roles, specifically in training and education.
• Ability to work in dynamic environments and partner with product teams to advocate for customers.
• Strong problem-solving skills and high attention to detail.

Nice to have

• Experience with the hirify.global Pro Suite.
• Proficiency in additional languages.
• Experience in SaaS product development for the sports industry.
