What you will do

• Act as a premier strategic advisor for high-impact enterprise accounts to drive retention and long-term growth.
• Pioneer AI-driven analytical workflows and productized service offerings to scale value delivery.
• Orchestrate domain-specific activation, such as Site Observability, by aligning with IT and Engineering stakeholders.
• Synthesize quantitative data into omnichannel optimization strategies and actionable roadmaps.
• Mentor consultants and lead team enablement to elevate the overall consulting practice.
• Design high-level recovery strategies for high-stakes accounts to re-establish executive alignment.

Requirements

• 8+ years of professional experience in digital analytics, product management, or technology consulting.
• Deep domain expertise in at least one area: Site Observability, Contact Center Optimization, or Internal Employee Experience.
• Proficiency in reading, writing, and auditing complex SQL queries and data engineering pipelines.
• Demonstrated ability to leverage AI technologies (e.g., LLM prompts, AI CLI tools) for workflow automation.
• Advanced analytical skills for working with large, un-aggregated datasets to solve high-stakes business challenges.
• Ability to travel up to 10% for onsite client enablement and strategic workshops.
