Senior Consultant in HR and Change

Location: Brussels, Belgium, with temporary assignments across Belgium and abroad, including France.

What you will do

• Deliver change management activities for customer programs and projects, including communication, training, support plans, and digital or collaborative strategies.
• Support HR organization and performance management, including CSR initiatives and HR KPI development.
• Work on HR development topics such as recruitment, career development, and training.
• Manage and implement HR tools and information systems.
• Prepare HR studies, documents, and negotiation materials.
• Contribute to internal offer development, innovation analysis, and business development initiatives.

Requirements

• Master’s degree in Business Engineering, HR Management, Civil Engineering, or a similar field.
• 2–6 years of consulting experience.
• Trilingual French, Dutch, and English; Dutch is mandatory.
• Strong interest in HR, change management, data, and AI-related topics.
• Collaborative communication style, analytical thinking, autonomy, rigor, and a results-oriented approach.
• Work permit sponsorship is not available for this position.
