Location: Burnfoot, Ireland; primarily office-based with occasional customer-site and hirify.global-location travel.

What you will do

• Provide technical support for service sales enquiries, define customer requirements, and develop tailored solutions.
• Prepare bills of materials, labour estimates, quotations, and related documentation.
• Coordinate with Sales, Engineering, CAD, Production, Manufacturing, and Project Delivery teams.
• Support non-contract project delivery by monitoring timelines, margins, and escalations.
• Maintain quotation templates, pricing tools, and project tracking systems.
• Lead and develop a small team within the Service Offerings function.

Requirements

• Strong technical knowledge of LV Switchgear.
• Ability to read and interpret engineering technical drawings.
• Strong communication, organisation, prioritisation, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
• Collaborative mindset with leadership capability and a proactive approach.
• Willingness to travel as required; candidates must meet the stated work-authorisation requirements, and sponsorship is not provided.
