What you will do
- Hold end-to-end accountability for delivery of large, complex or multiple concurrent projects ensuring commitments and commercial objectives are met.
- Manage programmes or groups of interrelated projects, identifying and managing cross-project dependencies and delivery impacts.
- Lead recovery activities for challenged projects and act as senior escalation point for delivery issues and risks.
- Build trusted relationships with senior customer stakeholders and support strategic delivery discussions.
- Maintain oversight of project budgets, forecasts, and delivery profitability, managing complex change requests.
- Mentor and coach Project Managers, fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
Requirements
- Must be based onsite in Dublin, Ireland
- 5+ years experience in project management roles with Prince2 Practitioner or PMP qualification.
- Experience delivering business applications projects in large enterprise organizations, preferably IT industry.
- Proficiency in MS Project and experience with agile, waterfall, and hybrid project management styles.
- Strong stakeholder management, communication, and multi-tasking skills.
