What you will do

• Program manage change management activities for the IFS area, coordinating multiple workstreams and PMO governance.
• Lead requirements gathering and business analysis through interviews and workshops to define specifications and business cases.
• Perform impact analysis of requested developments across Finance and Investment functions and associated systems.
• Manage project work plans, timelines, and budgets while evaluating ROI to prioritize projects.
• Oversee critical third-party service providers, including performance monitoring and contractual negotiations.
• Serve as the primary contact for internal and external auditors and manage regulatory compliance with the Central Bank of Ireland.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
• 6+ years of experience in program and change management within finance or investment functions.
• Proven expertise in structured business requirements elicitation and business analysis.
• Strong understanding of finance and investment operations (e.g., GL, reporting, asset management).
• Experience in risk management, IT control ownership, and enterprise governance frameworks.
• Must be based in Blackrock, Ireland.
