TL;DR

Business Solutions Coach (Education): Delivering high-quality apprenticeship programmes and vocational training with an accent on learner support, compliance, and curriculum development. Location: Must be based in or able to commute to London, UK (Hybrid: 4 days per week in office).

What you will do

• Deliver engaging workshops and coaching sessions across Business Solutions apprenticeship standards.
• Manage a caseload of apprentices from onboarding through to End Point Assessment.
• Conduct regular progress reviews with learners and employers to ensure programme success.
• Develop and improve learning content in collaboration with the Head of Training.
• Maintain accurate learner records and ensure full compliance with funding and quality requirements.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with employers throughout the apprenticeship journey.

Requirements

• Experience delivering apprenticeship programmes or vocational training.
• Knowledge of apprenticeship standards, DfE funding rules, and Ofsted requirements.
• Experience managing learner caseloads and conducting progress reviews.
• Strong presentation, coaching, and communication skills.
• Experience using learner management systems such as Aptem, OneFile, or Smart Assessor.
• Must be based in the UK and able to work from the London office 4 days per week.

Nice to have

• Recognised teaching qualification (AET, CET, PGCE or equivalent).
• Experience supporting Functional Skills.
• Interest in emerging technologies, including AI, and their impact on the workplace.
