Operations Specialist (Product Development)

Location: Billund Project House, Denmark; hybrid work with an average of 3 days per week in the office

hirify.global develops physical play experiences and operates a Prototype Studio where creative, technical, and engineering teams turn concepts into prototypes.

What you will do

• Develop, implement, and continuously optimize operational processes across software, hardware, prototyping, and fabrication workflows.
• Coordinate planning, resourcing, scheduling, and cross-team dependencies across multiple project initiatives.
• Improve workflows for the Machine Workshop, Graphic Lab, TechLab, 3D printing, MakerLab, and Element Stock.
• Maintain project visibility through tools such as SharePoint, Jira, and Confluence, and provide weekly leadership status reports.
• Coordinate team logistics, travel, events, internal communications, budgets, and vendor relationships.
• Evaluate suppliers and maintain the approved vendor list in cooperation with Procurement.

Requirements

• Experience in operations, production, or project management within prototyping, hardware, product development, or innovation labs.
• Strong understanding of supply chain, manufacturing workflows, and compliance.
• Experience improving operational processes, documentation, compliance practices, and digital or software project rollouts.
• Strong organizational, analytical, problem-solving, and process improvement skills.
• Experience coordinating projects and working with multiple stakeholders independently.
• Strong written communication skills and experience with Jira, Confluence, or similar workflow tools.
