What you will do

• Develop and implement comprehensive HSE management systems.
• Ensure full compliance with Danish and EU safety regulations and standards.
• Lead safety inductions, training programs, and perform regular safety inspections and audits.
• Manage incident investigations, reporting, and the implementation of corrective actions.
• Oversee permit-to-work systems and high-risk activity controls.
• Interface with regulatory authorities and coordinate HSE performance with contractors.

Requirements

• 8+ years of HSE management experience on major construction projects.
• Professional HSE qualifications (NEBOSH Diploma, IOSH, or CMIOSH).
• Extensive knowledge of Danish/EU safety legislation and standards.
• Experience with large-scale construction projects exceeding €100M.
• Fluent English proficiency.
• Must be able to work onsite in Denmark
