Senior Manager - Low Volume Moulds

Location: Billund, Denmark. Hybrid work with the option to work from home up to two days per week.

What you will do

• Lead and develop a team of approximately 15 toolmakers and industrial technicians.
• Own low-volume mould supply from mould construction through manufacturing and production readiness.
• Industrialise multi-component moulding and embed new manufacturing technologies into daily operations.
• Reduce lead times and costs while maintaining quality and reliable delivery.
• Build technical capability, introduce robust design principles, and strengthen process management.
• Drive technical initiatives and make decisions on operational risks and priorities.

Requirements

• Applied technical mould expertise, including resolving steel corrections and optimising moulding-machine performance.
• Experience leading a manufacturing or engineering team with demonstrated delivery performance.
• Experience improving manufacturing or engineering processes through optimisation and simplification.
• Experience with injection moulding in a manufacturing or engineering environment.
• Experience collaborating with global manufacturing or engineering teams.

Nice to have

• Experience using Lean and Six Sigma methods.
• Experience building technical team capability while introducing new manufacturing technologies or processes.
