What you will do

• Design and deliver Microsoft 365 solutions across Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Teams, OneDrive, Intune, security, and compliance platforms.
• Lead migration and modernization projects from legacy environments to cloud-based workplace solutions.
• Provide expert technical support, troubleshoot complex Microsoft 365 issues, and coordinate timely resolution.
• Conduct customer assessments, workshops, solution recommendations, and technical advisory engagements.
• Support presales through requirements gathering, solution design, proposals, and technical presentations.
• Create technical documentation, share knowledge, and improve workplace delivery processes.

Requirements

• Strong experience with Microsoft 365, including Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint Online, OneDrive, Intune, and Microsoft security services.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Entra ID, Active Directory, Conditional Access, identity and access management, and authentication technologies.
• Experience with enterprise migration, modernization, and cloud transformation initiatives.
• Strong PowerShell scripting skills and interest in automation and workflow optimization.
• Excellent customer-facing communication and consulting skills for technical and business stakeholders.
• Collaborative, proactive, solution-oriented approach and willingness to work in multicultural teams.
