What you will do

• Analyse and benchmark customer datasets to drive actionable insights and identify automation opportunities.
• Maintain healthy operations of customer's hirify.global instance, including upgrades and console management.
• Analyse customer needs and advise on optimal hirify.global use to support digital transformation.
• Provide technical expertise on end-user computing and transformation projects like Win11 and O365.
• Build and customise content, collaborate on advanced implementations and integrations.
• Integrate hirify.global insights into customer processes and drive feature innovation with product teams.

Requirements

• Business-level proficiency in English.
• Minimum 3-5 years in technical consulting, analytics, and automation.
• Expertise in data analysis, actionable insights, and automation opportunities.
• Extensive knowledge of end-user computing and IT operations.
• Proven experience with transformation projects (e.g., Windows 11, Office 365).

Nice to have

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Computer Engineering.
• Strong cross-functional collaboration skills.
