What you will do

• Design and implement improvements to the Compliance Monitoring and Testing (CMT) program, identifying objectives, scope, and local regulatory risks.
• Develop and update compliance risk assessment processes and identify suitable monitoring tools and methodologies for BAU execution.
• Lead the execution and ownership of the annual CMT plan, including the review of associated policies and procedures.
• Manage policy governance through periodic reviews based on the management framework.
• Draft comprehensive compliance reports and communicate findings to stakeholders to ensure efficient escalation and resolution.
• Provide guidance and coaching to other compliance officers within the team.

Requirements

• University degree in Law or a similar relevant field of study.
• At least 5 years of experience in a Compliance or Risk-related business function.
• 3-5 years of dedicated experience with compliance testing, monitoring, and audit programs.
• Comprehensive knowledge of financial services regulations, specifically MiFID II, MiCAR, or Electronic Money/Payment directives.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a high proficiency in report writing and policy drafting.
