What you will do

• Guide Enterprise customers through the transition from manual data sharing to reliable and repeatable automated data flows.
• Collaborate with customer IT teams to gather requirements, clarify technical needs, and manage the setup process.
• Partner with data scientists to translate modeling and analysis needs into clear customer data requests.
• Monitor live customer data feeds, investigate integration issues, and resolve them in a structured manner.
• Document successful workflows and improve repeatable processes to help the company scale data connections.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in a data-focused role such as analytics, data operations, or solutions consulting.
• Proven experience in customer-facing or stakeholder-facing environments with the ability to explain technical concepts clearly.
• Solid foundations in SQL and comfort working with data.
• Methodical approach to problem solving and the ability to perform root-cause analysis.
• Strong judgement regarding data security, credentials handling, and access management.
