Performance Improvement Specialist

What you will do

• Align business processes with organizational goals and drive efficient operational results.
• Translate business plans into action plans and monitor their completion.
• Identify, analyze, and improve processes, including re-engineering them to reduce cost and cycle time while improving quality.
• Analyze scheme and DXC performance data to identify remuneration performance, improvement areas, and new opportunities.
• Contribute to claims-management initiatives, strategies, and continuous-improvement processes.
• Support senior management planning, provide direction to staff, and coach and mentor employees.

Requirements

• Understanding of workers compensation legislation, regulations, guidelines, and governing standards of practice.
• Strong understanding of agent remuneration drivers.
• Experience with GWCC, Salesforce CRM, Qlik reporting, Kofax, Payments Plus, and other scheme systems.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, decision-making, communication, organization, and self-management skills.
• Effective consultation, negotiation, influencing, relationship-building, and customer-service skills.
• Continuous-improvement mindset, initiative, flexibility, adaptability, and lateral thinking.
