Global Sustainability Director (Logistics)

Location: London, UK. Relocation support is not offered. Hybrid work policy (average 3 days per week in the office).

What you will do

• Develop a global logistics sustainability strategy and define CO2 reduction targets aligned with corporate goals.
• Establish baseline measurements for Scope 1, 2, and 3 emissions using the GHG Protocol.
• Identify and implement decarbonization opportunities, including route optimization and alternative fuels.
• Integrate sustainability criteria into RFPs and lead supplier engagement programs for carbon reduction.
• Lead the global execution of sustainability initiatives in collaboration with Procurement, Finance, and Regional Logistics.
• Act as a subject-matter expert on logistics decarbonization for executive stakeholders and external partners.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in global supply chain, logistics, or sustainability roles.
• Deep expertise in Scope 3 emissions, GHG Protocol, and carbon accounting tools.
• Proven track record of leading large-scale cross-functional programs and delivering measurable results.
• Strong analytical skills and familiarity with digital tools for emissions measurement.
• Must be based in or have the right to work in London, UK.
