What you will do

• Lead and mentor a team of CRM analysts, handling task distribution and quality reviews.
• Deliver actionable insights to support CRM campaigns, retention, and lifecycle decisions.
• Analyze CRM performance, including client segmentation and communication flows.
• Drive data-driven decision-making for bonus mechanics and client targeting.
• Design and interpret KPI dashboards for stakeholders.
• Collaborate with Product, Marketing, and Risk teams on cross-functional initiatives.

Requirements

• Proven experience in CRM activity analysis (campaigns, segmentation, performance).
• Experience leading or mentoring an analytics team.
• Strong proficiency in SQL and Python (pandas, numpy).
• Ability to translate ambiguous business questions into analytical tasks.
• Russian: Native
• English: B2+

Nice to have

• Experience building dashboards in Tableau.
• Familiarity with CRM systems and their data structures.
