Salary: 20,833 - 23,700 PLN gross per month

What you will do

• Own and improve the Gold layer and dimensional data models for specific business domains (e.g., PLG funnel, revenue).
• Implement canonical business logic and governed metric marts to resolve KPI discrepancies.
• Build semantic layers and Genie spaces to enable AI-powered self-serve analytics via NL2SQL.
• Maintain the domain's metric dictionary as the single source of truth for definitions and ownership.
• Author data contracts and SLAs at the Silver-Gold boundary and manage data quality and freshness.
• Develop certified, board-ready dashboards partnering with Data Science to translate insights into reusable products.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in analytics engineering, data engineering, or a related analytics role.
• Advanced SQL and strong fundamentals in dimensional modeling (star/snowflake schemas, SCD).
• Hands-on experience with dbt (or equivalent), Airflow, Git, and modern warehouse platforms (Databricks preferred).
• Experience with data quality testing, observability, schema management, and performance tuning.
• Demonstrated domain fluency in business areas such as PLG funnels, SLG pipelines, or revenue/ARR.
• Must be based in Warsaw, Poland to adhere to the office-centric hybrid schedule.

Nice to have

• Exposure to Unity Catalog, Looker/LookML, or reverse-ETL tools (Salesforce, Marketo, Gainsight).
• Curiosity and experience with AI-native analytics and metadata/semantic layers for self-serve.
