📈 Senior BI Performance Analyst

📍 Location: Limassol, Cyprus (Office-based)
💰 Salary: Up to €5,000 Gross/month

We're looking for an experienced Senior BI Performance Analyst to join a growing team and become the key analytical partner for the Sales and VOIP departments.

What you'll do:
• Partner closely with Sales leadership on performance analysis and KPI discussions
• Analyze large and complex datasets related to Sales and VOIP
• Investigate performance issues and resolve KPI disputes
• Build analytical frameworks and monitor key business metrics
• Present data-driven insights to senior stakeholders
• Identify trends, risks, and opportunities to improve business performance

Requirements:
• 4+ years of experience in BI, Business, Revenue, or Operations Analytics
• Strong SQL skills and experience working with large datasets
• Experience working directly with senior stakeholders
• Strong analytical mindset and business acumen
• Ability to confidently present and defend analytical conclusions
• Fluent English

Nice to have:
• Experience in Telecom, VOIP, FinTech, or iGaming
• Experience with Qlik or other BI tools
• Experience defining KPI governance frameworks

📍 Office-based in Limassol. Candidates outside the city may be considered if they can work from the office at least 3 days per week (the first month is fully office-based).
