What you will do

• Own the full UX/UI lifecycle from discovery and research to final implementation and iteration.
• Translate complex business requirements into elegant, user-centered web and mobile solutions.
• Conduct user research, usability testing, and journey mapping to validate design decisions.
• Create and maintain scalable design systems, component libraries, and interaction standards.
• Partner with Product Managers and Engineers to ensure high-quality, accessible implementation.
• Leverage AI tools like Claude and Figma Make to accelerate ideation and streamline design workflows.

Requirements

• 7+ years of professional experience in digital product design with a strong portfolio.
• Must be based in Europe or South America.
• Expert proficiency in Figma (Auto Layout, Variables, Design Systems).
• Strong understanding of UX research, information architecture, and accessibility (WCAG).
• Experience designing complex SaaS, enterprise software, or customer-facing digital products.
• Excellent written and spoken English.

Nice to have

• Experience in Financial Services, FinTech, or Banking.
• Knowledge of front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, React).
• Experience with motion design or data visualization.
• Background in facilitating Design Sprints or Design Thinking workshops.
