UX Designer (Fintech)

UX Designer (Fintech): Reimagine and rebuild the user interface for a leading trade surveillance platform with an accent on user-centric design and UX strategy. Focus on translating user insights into polished designs, conducting usability testing, and evolving the global design system.

Location: Hybrid in Vilnius, Lithuania. A valid EU working permit is required.

Salary: €3,300–€4,200 gross per month

What you will do

• Design user-centric experiences balancing user needs with business and technical requirements.
• Collaborate with Product Delivery Leads and developers to turn insights into functional designs.
• Manage end-to-end design activities from scoping and wireframing to final delivery.
• Lead client feedback and user testing sessions to validate design proposals.
• Contribute to the evolution of the hirify.global design system and overall UX strategy.

Requirements

• Degree in Interaction Design or equivalent practical UX/UI experience.
• Strong UX/UI portfolio demonstrating digital product design.
• Proficiency in Figma or similar design tools.
• Experience with user research, personas, journey mapping, and usability testing.
• Ability to work effectively in cross-functional agile teams.
• Valid EU working permit.

Nice to have

• Experience in financial services or enterprise B2B products.
• Understanding of web technologies and technical feasibility.
