TL;DR
UX Designer (Fintech): Reimagining and rebuilding the user interface for a leading trade surveillance platform with an accent on user-centric design, prototyping, user research, and design systems. Focus on translating client insights into functional product experiences, validating proposals through usability testing, and collaborating with agile cross-functional teams.
Location: Vilnius, Lithuania; hybrid work with half the week on-site
Monthly base salary: €3300–€4200 gross, depending on experience and qualifications.

What you will do
- Design user-centric experiences balancing user needs with business and technical requirements.
- Collaborate with the Product Delivery Lead and development team to turn user insights into polished designs.
- Lead product design end-to-end, from scoping and planning through wireframes, prototypes, and final delivery.
- Host client feedback and user testing sessions to validate design proposals.
- Help evolve ’s design system and define the platform’s UX strategy and vision.
Requirements
- Degree in Interaction Design or equivalent practical UX/UI design experience.
- Experience designing websites or digital products, supported by a strong UX/UI portfolio.
- Hands-on experience with Figma or a comparable design tool.
- Knowledge of wireframing, personas, user journey mapping, and usability testing.
- Ability to collaborate effectively in cross-functional agile teams.
- Valid EU working permit required.
Nice to have
- Experience in financial services or designing products for external enterprise customers.
- Understanding of web technologies and technical feasibility in product development.
