About the Role
You will design simple, intuitive, high-impact digital experiences from discovery through delivery. You will conduct user research, map journeys, validate hypotheses with prototypes and testing, create web and mobile flows and high-fidelity visuals, use product analytics, and help evolve the Design System.
Requirements
- More than 5 years of experience designing digital products, ideally in fintech or consumer applications.
- Experience conducting research and working directly with users.
- Practical knowledge of ideation and validation methodologies.
- Proficiency with design tools; Figma is required.
- Experience building, coordinating, and scaling Design Systems and guidelines.
- Valid passport for user research and partner interaction across Latin America.
Responsibilities
- Participate in the end-to-end product lifecycle from strategic definition through implementation and continuous improvement.
- Conduct user interviews, map journeys, identify problems, and validate hypotheses through prototypes and testing.
- Create web and mobile flows, wireframes, and high-fidelity visual designs.
- Turn decisions into measurable hypotheses and learn from results using product analytics.
- Collaborate with product, technology, operations, customer experience, and marketing to design, launch, and scale features and products.
- Help define the design strategy and vision and build, maintain, and evolve the Design System.
