TL;DR

What you will do

• Design, build, and maintain reliable ETL/ELT pipelines and data ingestion workflows.
• Own dbt models, datasets, and the semantic layer supporting trusted business metrics.
• Implement testing, observability, alerting, and tooling improvements across analytics pipelines.
• Partner with analysts and stakeholders to define requirements and deliver scalable data solutions.
• Perform KPI, release-performance, segmentation, and A/B test analysis.
• Use AI-assisted coding workflows and help build natural-language querying tools for non-technical stakeholders.

Requirements

• 3–5+ years of experience as a data engineer, analytics engineer, or in a similar role.
• Strong SQL, Python, dbt, and modern data-modeling skills.
• Experience with large-scale data systems such as BigQuery or Snowflake.
• Familiarity with CI/CD, Git-based workflows, automated testing, and BI tools such as Looker, Tableau, or Power BI.
• Knowledge of statistics, experimentation, segmentation, and metric definition.
• Strong ownership, communication, stakeholder-partnering, adaptability, and experience using AI to accelerate development or analytics.

Nice to have

• Experience with GCP and Cloud Composer or Airflow DAGs.
• LookML, semantic-layer, or metric-governance experience.
• Subscription analytics, including retention, rebill/refill, and LTV.
• Cloud-native pipelines, Cloud Functions, GCP monitoring, and data-job alerting.
• Healthcare, telehealth, MSO, or startup experience.
