About the Role

You will own the end-to-end onboarding process for new business customers, applying KYC and AML expertise to assess and mitigate risk. You will manage complex cases, collaborate with Financial Crime Prevention teams, support junior colleagues, and improve workflows, automation, and team performance.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in KYC, AML, or business customer onboarding
• Experience from a regulated financial institution or fintech
• Fluency in Danish and English
• Risk awareness

Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end onboarding process for new business customers
• Apply KYC and AML expertise to assess and mitigate risk
• Handle complex cases independently using the case management system
• Collaborate with Financial Crime Prevention teams to meet regulatory requirements

• Improve workflows and automation
