What you will do

• Own daily reconciliation between acquirers and bank accounts across the full payment provider estate.
• Monitor creator payouts against earnings owed and ensure payouts are supported by reconciliation.
• Publish weekly reconciliation metrics and manage an actively worked exceptions queue.
• Validate acquirer fees against merchant services agreements and recover discrepancies.
• Map FX exposure across settlement vendors and optimise cash held across outbound payment rails.
• Represent Finance as an independent second-line voice in the Payments Risk forum and establish one daily process for payments in and payouts out.

Requirements

• Required experience in fintech, payments, or payment processing.
• Experience reading acquirer statements and identifying discrepancies.
• Hands-on ownership of daily reconciliation rather than periodic reporting.
• Comfort working across multiple currencies, settlement cycles, and payment providers.
• Some treasury exposure or the ability to take ownership of FX and cash optimisation.
• Ability to own financial controls and processes end to end.

• Experience with marketplace- or platform-scale payments environments.
