Salary: £56,100 - £75,900 + Incentive Awards

What you will do

• Redesign the Finance operating model, processes, and governance to ensure the function scales efficiently.
• Lead finance transformation initiatives from conception to implementation to improve efficiency and controls.
• Partner with Data and Technology teams to automate manual activities within planning and reporting.
• Develop and maintain Finance process documentation, SOPs, and standards for operational resilience.
• Utilize data and KPIs to identify bottlenecks and implement solutions that improve speed and quality.
• Manage the Finance change portfolio, tracking delivery and optimizing investment in high-value opportunities.

Requirements

• Proven track record in finance transformation and leading cross-functional change.
• Expertise in process improvement and the ability to redesign business ways of working.
• Strong project and change management skills with experience influencing senior stakeholders.
• Automation mindset and the ability to collaborate with technical teams on scalable solutions.
• Knowledge of data governance, risk management, and audit requirements.
• Must be located in the United Kingdom.
