Junior DFT Engineer (Automotive)

What you will do

• Contribute to the development and integration of DFT solutions for advanced SoCs.
• Participate in RTL development, design reviews, and quality checks.
• Generate and validate manufacturing test solutions, including Scan, ATPG, MBIST, and LBIST.
• Support synthesis, timing analysis, and post-silicon validation during silicon bring-up.
• Develop automation and scripting solutions to improve productivity through AI.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Design, Verification, and Product Engineering.

Requirements

• Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Microelectronics, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Strong interest in digital design, semiconductor development, verification, and automation.
• Basic knowledge of RTL design, digital circuits, and programming/scripting.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• English: Fluent written and spoken proficiency required.
• Location: Must be based in or able to work at the Sophia-Antipolis (Valbonne) office.
