Senior Application Engineer (EDA)

Location: Petah Tikva, Israel

What you will do

• Support customer adoption and effective use of Custom IC solutions.
• Use the Virtuoso environment and associated tools to address complex design challenges from concept through deployment.
• Lead technical campaigns, product evaluations, and customer benchmarks.
• Provide methodology guidance, best-practice recommendations, and technical problem resolution.
• Collaborate with customers, R&D, Engineering, Product, and Marketing teams to improve and proliferate solutions.

Requirements

• BSc in Electrical Engineering.
• Solid understanding of analog and mixed-signal IC design flows in the hirify.global Virtuoso Studio environment.
• 3+ years of relevant industry experience in IC design, CAD, application engineering, or technical support.
• Experience with UNIX environments.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
• Customer-oriented, motivated, and professional working attitude.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of SKILL, Python, or similar scripting languages.
• Experience with advanced process technologies and complex design environments.
