What you will do

• Develop and execute renewable energy, clean technology, and power strategies across Australia and APAC.
• Originate, structure, negotiate, and execute PPAs, utility supply agreements, and strategic energy partnerships.
• Lead campus energy strategies using solar, wind, BESS, fuel cells, hydrogen, microgrids, and on-site generation.
• Build relationships with utilities, regulators, government agencies, developers, investors, and technology providers.
• Lead projects from origination through development, construction, commissioning, and commercial operation.
• Coordinate permitting, approvals, grid connections, project risks, customer discussions, and asset handover.

Requirements

• 15+ years of experience in renewable energy, power, utilities, energy markets, or related sectors.
• Proven experience developing, financing, and delivering large-scale wind, solar, and BESS projects.
• Experience with PPAs, behind-the-meter connections, on-site generation, and renewable energy procurement transactions.
• Strong knowledge of microgrids, energy storage, hydrogen, on-site generation, APAC electricity markets, grid connections, and regulations.
• Experience supporting data centers, digital infrastructure, or other mission-critical developments.
• Degree in Engineering, Energy, Business, Finance, or a related field, with strong commercial, negotiation, stakeholder management, and leadership skills.
