Forward Deployment Engineer (Azure AI)

An AI cloud infrastructure company building full-stack services for data processing, model training, inference, and production deployment.

What you will do

• Onboard client and requestor projects onto the Azure AI platform using approved runbooks and deployment patterns.
• Support workloads through onboarding, go-live, and early operations.
• Adapt Terraform modules and CI/CD pipelines to project requirements.
• Support machine learning workload deployment and lifecycle management on Azure.
• Capture delivery gaps and feature requests, providing structured feedback to Platform Engineering.
• Improve documentation, reusable onboarding patterns, security, governance, and compliance guardrails.

Requirements

• 5–8 years of experience in cloud engineering, platform engineering, DevOps, solution engineering, or technical consulting.
• Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure, the Azure Well-Architected Framework, and core Azure AI and machine learning services.
• Strong experience with Terraform and Infrastructure as Code.
• Experience building CI/CD pipelines with GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps, GitLab CI, or similar tools.
• Understanding of machine learning model deployment and lifecycle concepts.
• Intermediate or higher English and authorization to work in the country of application are required.

Nice to have

• Azure Machine Learning or Azure AI Foundry experience.
• AKS, Kubernetes, and containerization experience.
• Python scripting and automation skills.
• Experience with Azure OpenAI, LLM, agent, or RAG workloads.
• Solutions engineering, customer engineering, or consulting background.
