AI-First Senior Software Engineer (AI)

What you will do

• Design, develop, and own cloud-native enterprise applications, microservices, and REST APIs.
• Use AI-first development practices to accelerate delivery, improve code quality, and automate repetitive engineering work.
• Work with architects, product owners, QA, DevOps, business stakeholders, and distributed engineering teams.
• Participate in architecture discussions, technical design sessions, code reviews, and sprint planning.
• Mentor junior and mid-level engineers and promote engineering excellence and AI adoption.

Requirements

• 7+ years of professional software development experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Strong expertise in Java and Python, with hands-on Microsoft Azure experience.
• Experience with Azure Databricks, Apache Spark, Delta Lake, distributed systems, and cloud-native architectures.
• Experience designing enterprise-grade microservices and REST APIs, plus Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD, DevOps, Git, and automated testing.
• Strong analytical, debugging, problem-solving, and communication skills.
