What you will do

• Design, build, and maintain AI-powered tools and automation workflows to improve internal productivity and business outcomes.
• Partner with cross-functional teams (product, engineering, operations) to identify high-impact AI opportunities.
• Develop integrations between AI services, internal systems, and third-party platforms using APIs and scripting.
• Create AI-driven workflows for research synthesis, customer feedback analysis, and release support.
• Establish and maintain responsible AI practices covering security, privacy, data handling, and governance.
• Evaluate emerging AI models and platforms to recommend solutions aligned with technical architecture.

Requirements

• Must be based in the United States.
• 5–8 years of experience in software, automation, data, or ML engineering.
• Proficiency in Python or JavaScript.
• Experience with APIs, prompt engineering, and LLM integration.
• Experience using cloud platforms to deploy and monitor technical solutions.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field preferred.

Nice to have

• Experience with GovRAMP, FedRAMP, or similar compliance frameworks for sensitive data.
• Background in product operations, product analytics, or product strategy.
• Experience with workflow automation platforms and AI operations (AIOps).
