Salary: $120,000 – $140,000 USD per year

What you will do

• Configure and rollout AI voice agents for new healthcare customers.
• Build and run evaluation suites to validate AI behavior, catch regressions, and tune prompts.
• Develop new features and fixes for the core AI product.
• Optimize latency, inference costs, and hallucination guardrails.
• Monitor usage, cost controls, and security/PHI handling constraints.
• Partner with Product and Customer Success to automate and streamline the customer onboarding process.

Requirements

• 3+ years of software engineering experience with strong Python backend skills.
• 1+ years of production experience deploying and supporting GenAI systems and LLM APIs at scale.
• Experience with cloud-native architecture, preferably AWS.
• Experience working in regulated or security-conscious environments.
• Ability to translate non-technical customer requirements into working configurations.
• Must be based in the US.
