What you will do

• Lead complex product design initiatives from discovery through delivery, aligning user needs, product strategy, clinical impact, and business objectives.
• Develop qualitative and quantitative research strategies, synthesize insights, and convert findings into actionable product recommendations.
• Design user flows, information architecture, wireframes, prototypes, and detailed specifications for complex digital healthcare journeys.
• Define experience standards and improve design systems, accessibility, interface quality, and experience measurement frameworks.
• Partner with Product, Engineering, Data, Growth, clinical, and business teams to influence roadmaps, priorities, and experiments.
• Mentor Product Designers, lead critiques and quality reviews, and promote user-centered design practices and innovation.

Requirements

• Must be based in Brazil for this remote role.
• Senior-level experience leading complex Product Design initiatives and influencing product strategy.
• Strong expertise in UX research, experimentation, experience measurement, information architecture, service design, and complex user journeys.
• Ability to translate qualitative and quantitative data into product recommendations and measurable outcomes.
• Experience with design systems, accessibility, inclusive design, and multidisciplinary collaboration.
• Experience mentoring designers and using AI tools to improve design workflows and innovation.

Nice to have

• Experience with LLMs, AI agents, copilots, conversational experiences, or AI-powered products.
• Background in healthtech, telemedicine, regulated industries, or privacy-sensitive environments.
• Knowledge of LGPD, behavioral science, data visualization, personalization, gamification, motion design, or microinteractions.
• Participation in the design community through articles, talks, workshops, mentoring, or content creation.
